The Birkman Method
The Birkman is a behavioral and occupational assessment that measures your usual behavior, needs (from both others and your environment), stress behaviors, and interests. Validated by decades of scientific research and data and used by dozens of Fortune 500 companies to create more productive teams, drive hiring decisions, and encourage personal development, the Birkman provides valuable insights to assess your strengths and potential challenges and understand how your unique mindset affects your relationships, performance, and attitude. It is a powerful tool for personal development and career exploration.

The Strong Interest Inventory
The Strong Interest Inventory explores your interests in six broad areas: realistic, investigative, artistic, social, enterprising, and conventional (RIASEC). It breaks the RIASEC areas into 30 specific areas of interest that can be correlated to fields of study, careers, and leisure activities. This assessment is an especially effective tool for students interested in choosing a college major, exploring careers, and understanding individual strengths and blind spots, including work styles.
